Deidre Ransdell

Deidre Ransdell’s quick wit, storytelling, and relatability have made her a mainstay in radio for more than two decades.

When she’s not cheering on the University of Kentucky and the University of Cincinnati or one of the area Cincinnati high schools, she’s “sampling” the latest from a local distillery or brewery, taste testing the newest dishes at local restaurants,  keeping tabs on the friends and families of her five children, playing outside with grandson Hudson, tooling around on the pontoon or binge watching any and all things Matthew McConaughey.  Deidre was born and raised in Texas and loves the Queen City as much as the Hill Country!

Starting out as a high school coach and English teacher gave Deidre the opportunity to work closely with teenagers, carrying over perfectly to a morning show gig in radio!  She’s worked in every daypart (who needs sleep) and is now on Cat Country 94.1 on Sunday’s 11a-3p and fills in when people need some time off!
